The foundations of any successful build are professional project management, quality control and skilled contractors. As we run only a limited number of construction projects simultaneously, we ensure each project is professionally managed and adequately resourced, delivering high-quality build projects within time and budget.

Our team of highly skilled project managers are all trained construction professionals and bring an additional layer of technical expertise, customer service and a wealth of experience to our projects. We manage project comms through a specialist construction project management software, with daily logs, meeting notes, progress pictures and all the latest drawings continually updated. Integrated within the software is our dynamic build timeline, viewable as a GANTT chart or calendar view, complete with all client milestones for key decision making.

Logging in through your computer or via our smartphone app, you can keep constantly up to date with both the progress of the build and the project finances, available to download at the click of a button. All change orders are submitted and approved through the software.

We have built up a strong core team of site managers and specialist trades, from carpenters and structural specialists to tilers and decorators. We are Safe Contractor approved and proud members of the Federation of Master Builders, use trusted NICEIC electricians and Gas Safe plumbers, and work with a select number of long-term trusted suppliers, such as stonemasons specialist paint finishers and structural glaziers.

We typically provide a full design and build service, but can also work to pre-designed plans and drawings, either directly for individual homeowners or as main contractor for a boutique selection of award-winning architects and interior designers.

These firms have come to trust us to deliver not only a superior finished product, but also to manage the build in a measured, timely and creative way. For construction-only jobs we work solely on a negotiated tender basis, we do not competitively tender.

We specialise in whole house refurbishment, basements and extensions and our build projects range from £100k – £2m+. All of construction projects are design-led, we don’t just build boxes on the back of houses or do identikit loft extensions. We focus on quality and design.

We are constantly checking our prices against the market and know we offer extremely good value for money for the comparable level of service and attention to detail.

We typically charge a 10% deposit on instruction, which is rebated against the monthly valuations along with a 5% retention, so you pay 85% of every valuation. 97.5% of the balance owed is released at Practical Completion, with the final 2.5% retained for the six month retention period.
